thats it, you are 100% true, it might look and feel the same but the modle is not from there origanal, nor are the textures, its closest affliation to it is that its a remake, how ever they cant coppyright the idea of the big daddy its not an interlectual idea, concept or information. just like music, if you are in a band and you play a cover song of another band its not illigel, or if you paint a picture of another picture its not illigel.
